Case Study: Harris Interactive
When Gail Caddy, Research Manager at Harris Interactive, Stockport part of the $219m Harris Interactive Group, the 12th largest market research company in the world, faced the task of gather opinions of forty people per session she turned to Optivote.

Gail’s team were able to create the questionnaires using the templates in Optivote and didn’t need to use any paper based systems at all. The audience in each session were questioned and responded anonymously using the Optivote RF8 handsets.

Once the sessions were over all the data was extracted from the Optivote archive database and exported to Harris Interactive’s own analysis software. The data collation was all done in Optivote.
