How it works
You will need a laptop or PC, a projection device and screen. Presentations created in PowerPoint simply link to the Optivote software retaining all their animations, transitions and multimedia content. The presentation material is displayed on the screen and each delegate responds to the questions using a handset. The responses are immediately collected by a small receiver device that plugs into the USB port on your laptop or PC

The individual and collective results can be displayed immediately on screen in graphical form. All the results are held in the Optivote database for analysis during or after the conference. Ready made reports give you the results quickly and simple exporting to MS Excel and MS Word gives you all the flexibility you need. No need for a paper chase and collation of results for the post conference evaluations, they are already there!
