Introduction
Voting system set out for use in council meeting   The new addition to the Optivote range was developed in conjunction with Telford and Wrekin Council for voting in their council chamber.

T&WC wanted public transparency in their assemblies and accurate recording of each councillor's vote on all motions, amendments and amended motions.

By deploying Optivote's Council Chamber system with its on screen display of councillor name and party allegiance every individual vote electronically cast can be seen by the attending public.
