Course: An introduction to Optivote (Ref: INTRO)
Objectives
- Give the teacher/trainer the ability to create their own classes, lessons and reports.
- Give the teacher/trainer the ability to deploy Optivote in their organisations.
Prerequisites
The course works best if each teacher/trainer has access to a laptop or PC with the Optivote software already installed. This enables the teacher/trainer to leave the sessions with lessons and classes they have created on their own system. Sessions work best if limited to no more than six delegates.
Duration
Each session will last about 2.5 hours with a 15 minute break.

4.   Setting up the hardware
5.   Registration
6.   Using the Start Up Wizard
7.   How to create or import your own classes
8.   How to create a lesson and build questions
9.   Delivering an Optivote session
10.   Generating reports and exporting to other applications
11.   Working with PowerPoint
12.   Working with other 3rd party software applications
13.   Taking attendance
14.   Sharing content between users
Outcome
The delegates will leave the session with the ability to create course material and deliver sessions to their classes. They will have the ability to generate reports and export these to applications such as MS Word and MS Excel.
