Course: Running Optivote at Conference (Ref: CONF)

Objectives To enable you to set up the hardware and software to run a full conference and to be able to handle the likely live situations that may occur with confidence. To generate and export the results at the end of the conference.

Prerequisites A basic knowledge of PowerPoint.

Duration Each session will last about 2.5 hours with a 15 minute break.

Course Content 1.   Overview of the Optivote System 2.   Setting up the hardware 3.   Setting up with dual screens 4.   Working with PowerPoint 5.   Creating voting groups 6.   Working with large systems 7.   Software and display options 8.   Generating and exporting reports 9.   Handling live situations – how to avoid problems.

Outcome You will leave the course adept at setting up the hardware and software and capable of running a full conference session. You will be able to generate a series of reports and quickly export these into MS Word and MS Excel.
